Top 20 E&P Companies by Region LCI has developed a series of reports to enable clients up to keep up to date on the results of the latest reported drilling activities in each major producing area. Annually, LCI provides a report covering each area that lists the top 20 E & P companies. The companies are ranked in order of total production developed as of the end of the most recent calendar year. Also included are data on the total number of wells drilled and the average production rate per well for each company, again in the most recent calendar year.
