George established Lippman Consulting, Inc. in July of 1996. He has over thirty five years of experience in the energy field.In his previous position as Manager, Market and Supply Analysis, George was responsible for the gas supply and price forecasts for all sources of gas supplies connected to El Paso Natural Gas Company's pipeline system. In his former position as Manager of Reservoir Engineering, he was responsible for managing and planning the reserve estimates and availability forecasts for over 20,000 wells. He has been involved with monitoring and forecasting the supplies in San Juan Basin and has followed the growth of the coal seam developments in the Basin since its inception. He was the company's expert on gas supply issues and has testified numerous times on various gas supply matters at both the state and national levels. George is nationally recognized as an expert in San Juan Basin operations and has made numerous presentations on the Basin in various venues. George has participated in many national and international committees dealing with gas supply and demand issues throughout North America. He has served as Chairman, Rocky Mountain section of the American Gas Associations Committee on Natural Gas Reserves and is currently serving on the Potential Gas Committee. He has worked with the Gas Research Institute (GRI) and Canadian Energy Research Institute (CERI). He has extensive knowledge of all interstate pipelines and has worked with various national gas flow models. George earned a B.S. Degree from the University of Arizona School of Engineering. |

John joined LCI in August 2001. John is a Registered Professional Engineer (Petroleum) in Texas and has a total of almost twenty-five years of industry experience. Over twenty two years of this experience has been involved in field and staff work in the oil and gas industry with Exxon Co., USA, the Kerr-McGee Corporation and El Paso Natural Gas Company. He has worked extensively in the areas of oil and gas development, natural gas operations, gas storage development and operations and strategic analysis. His primary geographical exposure has been the Permian, Anadarko and San Juan Basins and the Gulf Coast and the Rocky Mountain regions. John served as EPNG's representative to several industry gas storage committees and as the Company's contact for electric power generation questions and operations. He has
delivered presentations on the natural gas industry at the Center for Public Utilities introductory course on Regulatory Affairs. John has undergraduate degrees in Physics and Mathematics and a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering from New Mexico State University.

Ron joined Lippman Consulting (LCI) in November 2009. Prior to joining LCI, has held several executive and managerial positions in the energy industry including serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Strategic Energy and Economic Research, the Vice President of Energy Services at Wharton Econometric Forecasting Associates (WEFA), a Principal at Jensen Associates, the Director of Strategic Planning for an energy holding company in the Northeast and a consultant at Data Resources, Inc. (DRI). He has 30 years of experience in the energy industry, focusing primarily on the natural gas and electric industries. Mr. Denhardt has a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Minnesota and BS in finance (Summa cum Laude) for the University of Maryland.
Ron is well known as one of the top North American natural gas analysts. Mr. Denhardt has been credited with rightly anticipating sharp gas market moves (both ways) in recent years. In 2007, his working gas storage forecasts were recognized as the most accurate. He has served as expert witness before the National Energy Board and many state regulatory agencies. His experience includes strategic planning, acquisition analysis, regulatory analysis, market evaluations, fuel planning, supply contracting, risk mitigation, transportation, pricing, pipeline economic problems and investment decision analyses. In addition, he has developed financial models, negotiated fuel purchase contracts and provided strategic planning advice for energy companies. He has helped over 20 major utilities implement energy, peak demand, and system load shape forecasts. He has served as an expert witness and provided consultant support in several natural gas proceedings before state and U.S., Canadian and Mexican governmental agencies. He has authored publications to include the Natural Gas Monthly and Natural Gas Scenarios that provided natural gas price, supply and demand forecasts.

Mr. Deman has been in the energy economics field since the 1970s, working with consulting firms, energy companies, utilities, and regulatory agencies. He has broad experience in natural gas, LNG, power, pipeline, and oil markets. His research and analysis have been used for commodity trading, developing tools to manage risk, asset purchases and divestitures, and policy analysis. His experience includes market forecasting and analysis, strategic planning, acquisition analysis, regulatory analysis, market evaluations, fuel planning, supply contracting, risk mitigation, pipeline economics, and investment decision analysis.
Between 1999 and 2009 Les was the Director, Fundamental Research & Analysis with Shell Energy North America (SENA). Prior to Shell he was employed by consulting firms (W.J. Levy Petroleum Economics Consulting), energy companies (El Paso, Duke, and TransCanada) and regulatory agencies (Texas Railroad Commission). He has undergraduate and graduate degrees in statistics and economics from the University of Oklahoma and taught economics at Missouri Southern College and the University of Houston.

Spanning over 30 plus years in the natural gas industry, he possesses vast experience with emphasis on measurement and production. Craig has knowledge ranges from work with the volume accounting and measurement systems to determining natural gas reserves and production forecasts. Experienced in all technical aspects of gas flow metering, Craig is also adept in preparing production forecast and historical production reports. |

Frank became associated with our organization in September 2001. Prior to joining LCI, he was employed by El Paso Natural Gas Company for 20 years. His work experiences in the energy business cover numerous areas of the oil and gas industry including commodity accounting, contract administration, price administration, litigation support, and transportation accounting. His most recent responsibilities at El Paso Natural Gas involved the negotiation of transportation service agreements and monitoring of the Capacity Release systems on Mojave, TransColorado and El Paso Natural Gas Co. pipelines to insure compliance with FERC regulations. He also served as a customer representative for approximately 50 energy companies. |

Mike has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. His work background includes various areas of gas supply, including civil engineering drafting, contract administration, commodity accounting, well head gas pricing, and litigation support. In his 24 years at El Paso Natural Gas his experience covered all aspects of the gas supply industry. Mike has extensive experience in evaluating commodity contracts for legality and company compliance and researching and replying to government and industry data requests. His vast knowledge, experience, and computer skills are great assets in the compilation of our reports. |

Susan has a wide range of experience in the natural gas industry. After many years with El Paso Natural Gas Pipeline Company, Susan brings to LCI an in-depth, first hand knowledge of the western gas supply markets. While with El Paso Natural Gas, Susan worked in the engineering, regulatory affairs, and market analysis functions. She is knowledgeable of the various intricacies of the gas supply markets. With over seventeen years of experience in the gas industry, Susan is well prepared to analyze technical data and gas supply issues. Mike joined the LCI staff in March of 2001. He has an extensive background in Computer Controlled Electronic Instrumentation and Data Collection and Analysis acquired over the past 20 plus years with various Federal agencies. He has been recognized as a Subject Matter Expert in a wide variety of Instrumentation Systems.
Mike holds a B.Sc. Degree from New Mexico State University. He is a member of the American Paint Horse Association and the Arizona Paint Horse Association. Mike also raises, trains and shows Paint horses.

Lee Ann worked as a Computer Programmer for El Paso Natural Gas Company for four years. She has an associates degree in Computer Science from Central Texas College. She began a career in the Pampered Chef business in 1994 and is currently the director of over fifty consultants.
In her spare time she enjoys participating in Boy Scouting activities with her son, Andrew.

Michael joined the LCI team in November 2003. Prior to coming to LCI Michael worked as an assistant manager at a local restaurant. He is currently attending the University of Texas El Paso to complete his studies for a major in History. Michael plans on becoming a teacher at the high school level while setting his sights on a Masters in History that will allow him to teach at the college level.
Michael's computer skills and willingness has made him a great asset at LCI. In his spare time he enjoys hiking, bike riding, hanging out, and playing sports with his friends.
